Deepen Your Practice 2019
We are pleased to announce we are now able to offer places to students who are unable to book the full course and can offer bookings for either five, four or three days on the very popular Deepen Your Practice course.
‘For anyone wishing to deepen their yoga practice, either as a teacher or a student, this course does exactly what it says on the tin! The approach is one of curiosity and exploration, a most welcome and refreshing treat. The teaching is of a uniformly high standard and each guest tutor brings something unexpected and exciting to the day. If you wish to deepen and broaden your yoga horizons this is certainly the place to do it.’ Dawn
The course will run over six Saturdays in 2019 from June – November. It will be co-run by Bridget Thornborrow and Sarah Linsey with internationally renowned guest tutors Monica Voss, Bill Wood and Peter Blackaby as well as London Yoga Teacher Training Course directors, Anne Marie Zulkahari and Lisa McRory
‘ I have loved having the privilege to join in the DYP course. Such a wide range of teachers sharing knowledge that appeals to teachers and practitioners alike. A wonderfully supportive environment in which to investigate my body and its response to the yoga being taught.’ Tim
Bridget and Sarah have co-taught the DYP course every year since 2016. In 2018 they were invited to teach at the BWY Yoga Fest at Warwick University and at the BWY London Festival. On 23 February 2019 they will co-teach a masterclass for the BWY London Region and will be teaching at Congress from 5 – 7 April
The course is aimed at experienced yoga students and teachers who wish to explore the Scaravelli-inspired approach to yoga inmore depth. Priority will be given to those applicants who are able to book the whole course. Depending on numbers we may be able to accommodate requests to attend fewer dates after March 2019. DYP course days are eligible for CPD.
‘These days are a wonderful opportunity to reflect on and explore your own practice in a safe and inspirational environment where open discussion is encouraged. As a relatively new teacher this was so beneficial and helped to deepen my understanding. I loved the variety of such amazing and experienced teachers and the balance between practice and the opportunity to explore and discuss. I whole-heartedly recommend these days.’ Sharon
