Deepen Your Practice 2019
The 2019 Deepen Your Practice (DYP) course is now open for booking. The course will run over six Saturdays in 2019 from June – November. It will be co-run by Bridget Thornborrow and Sarah Linsey with internationally renowned guest tutors Monica Voss, Bill Wood and Peter Blackaby as well as London Yoga Teacher Training Course directors, Anne Marie Zulkahari and Lisa McRory.
‘Having tried many different styles of yoga, this Scaravelli-inspired approach promotes freedom and ease of movement in the body and is by far the most intelligent, gentle and enjoyable style of yoga I have practiced.’ Annie Rigby
Bridget and Sarah have co-taught the DYP course every year since 2016. In 2018 they were invited to teach at the BWY Yoga Fest at Warwick University and the BWY London festival.
The course is aimed at experienced yoga students and teachers who wish to explore the Scaravelli-inspired approach to yoga in more depth. Priority will be given to those applicants who are able to book the whole course. Depending on numbers we may be able to accommodate requests to attend fewer dates after March 2019. DYP course days are eligible for CPD.
‘This course was exactly what I needed. The sessions have challenged me physically but have also made me think more deeply about how, and why I practice in a certain way.’ Dawn
